Paid Time Off

ÃÛÌÒ´«Ã½ provides generous paid time off for both full-time and part-time Staff. In addition to the leave types below, the College also provides Staff paid time off for parental leave, bereavement and jury duty. Please refer to the Staff Handbook and Policies and other provided plan documentation for complete details. You may also contact Human Resources with any questions.

Faculty are eligible for paid sick, but should contact the Provost's office for more information on other types of leave. 

* Part-time days are based on a factor of actual hours paid.

Vacation

Effective January 1, 2026, hourly employees will accrue 22 vacation days per year, calculated each pay period. For part-time employees, vacation accrual will be prorated based on actual hours worked.

The policy and handbook are being reviewed to ensure alignment with Workday and revised business processes, and will be updated to coincide with the January 2026 rollout.
